Delivery and Returns
We offer free shipping via DHL throughout UK, Europe, Asia, USA, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.
ROW (rest of world): FLAT RATES: 30 GBP, 23 EURO, 35 USD, 54 AUD
UK – We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 days, parcels to arrive within 3 days
EU – We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 days, parcels to arrive within 5 days.
ROW – We aim to dispatch parcels within 2 days, parcels to arrive within 7 days.
This does not include public holidays.
Please note we do not ship to Japan, please see stores page for all stockists.
We use DHL for all deliveries except domestically within Australia/New Zealand we use Express Australia Post. Delivery times are approximate and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for customs delays, taxes and duties. All items will require a signature on delivery.
Whilst we hope that you love your Cosi scarf, we understand that sometimes things are just not quite right so you can return your scarf within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The item must be unworn, in original packaging with all labels still attached as received.
To return your order you must notify us in writing email@example.com within 14 days with your name, address, order number and the reason for the return. Once you receive confirmation you can return the goods to us. Goods are returned at your own expense, so please retain proof of posting and tracking numbers.
In the unusual event of a problem with your purchase ie. Faulty or damaged goods, our friendly customer service are always happy to help, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org with 7 days of receipt and send back for a full refund/exchange and a refund of returns cost.
Cosi is not responsible for any lost returns, customs duties and taxes incurred whilst returning the goods to us.
Overseas returns paperwork must say ‘returned goods – no commercial value’ to ensure the order is returned to us with no additional costs.
Once returned in saleable condition, we will refund your purchase to the original method of payment or organise an exchange. Please note we do not refund delivery costs unless the goods are faulty.
Cosi retains the right to refuse goods returned outside of the time limit 14 days.
